the Dream Machine AI Track at Invest Fest

Dream Machine will be powering the first-ever AI track at Earn Your Leisure’s Invest Fest in Atlanta, GA. In this AI track, entrepreneurs, creatives, and business leaders will learn directly from industry leaders. They’ll leave the conference with not only the technical skills, but also the visionary mindset needed to shape the future.

Invest Fest is a first of its kind, in-person experience to combine investing, entrepreneurship, pop culture, and entertainment in a festival setting presented by Earn Your Leisure. Invest Fest 2024 will include business and investing panel discussions, live performances from chart-topping musicians, and interactive events. There will also be an even larger vendor marketplace showcasing over 400 small businesses and live podcast stages with interviews from more top entrepreneurs and celebrities.

  • Wyclef Jean, a three-time Grammy Award winner and Golden Globe and Emmy nominee, has been a cultural force for over two decades.

    As a founding member of the Fugees, their 1996 album "The Score" was a monumental success. Wyclef has released eight solo albums since 1997, including "The Carnival," which sold nearly nine million copies worldwide.

    In 2020, he launched the podcast "RunThatBack" and collaborated with Google on the #BlackOwnedFriday campaign, winning a Webby Award. In 2021, he co-founded SodoMoodLab and composes for Showtime’s "The Chi.   • As Vice President, Managing Director, and Distinguished Scientist at Microsoft Research (MSR), Ashley Llorens drives global strategy and culture across MSR’s laboratories and locations around the world. He leads MSR’s global Outreach team, which spearheads MSR engagement with the broader research community, invests in high-impact collaborative research projects, and creates pipelines for diverse, world-class talent. Prior to joining Microsoft, Ashley served as the founding chief of the Intelligent Systems Center at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL), where he directed research and development in artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and neuroscience. As a subject matter expert in AI and autonomous systems, he has served on advisory boards and key strategic studies for the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Energy, the National Academy of Sciences, and the Global Partnership on AI. Ashley currently serves on the National AI Advisory Committee, a group recently chartered to advise the President and the White House on matters related to artificial intelligence.

  • Steve Pargett is a cultural strategist, artist and storyteller working with Dream Machine Innovation Lab.  Steve was called into action after the death of Trayvon Martin in Florida and began an impactful career strategizing and collaborating with key organizations around the country to uplift underestimated communities and amplify their voices. Steven’s leadership has helped shape the role of social media, design and communications in the contemporary era of racial justice organizing. In this new chapter, his dedication to leveraging A.I. for good guides his practice.
